Palmetto Restoration Network provides emergency water damage restoration and related services in the Columbia, SC metro area and surrounding Midlands communities. Services include water extraction, structural drying, moisture mapping, and coordination with insurance adjusters.

All services are subject to a separate service agreement signed before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding service contract.

2. Free Inspection

Our initial on-site inspection is provided at no charge. During the inspection, a certified technician will assess the extent of water damage and provide a scope of work. You are under no obligation to proceed with services following the inspection.

3. Insurance Coordination

We assist customers in communicating with their insurance carriers and submitting documentation for claims. However, we do not guarantee any specific insurance outcome. Coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance company based on your policy terms. We recommend reviewing your policy before authorizing work.

4. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Palmetto Restoration Network for the purpose of scheduling and confirming service. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive services.
